My name is Erica Geier , and I am excited to join the Hearn Academy family as a 1st grade teacher. I bring 13 years of teaching experience to the classroom, including 2 amazing years teaching abroad in Hong Kong. I absolutely love to travel and explore new cultures, and I’m eager to bring that curiosity and enthusiasm into my teaching. We are collecting new:
- **New jackets, sweaters, hats, socks, mittens, and blankets**
- **New Hygiene supplies** (shampoo, soap, lotion, toothpaste, etc.)

I’m originally from Houston, Texas, and have been working in IT for 2.5 years. Outside of work, I’m passionate about movies and enjoy watching sports, especially football and soccer, which I also play. A true BBQ enthusiast, I love everything about grilling. I live with my fiancé and our two dogs, Shugs and Penny. I’m excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to Hearn and look forward to what’s ahead!
